It's so easy and intuitive to use. Saves us so much time resolving user requests. No more logging into Office tenant directly or powershell to carry out simple and complicated ticket requests. Password resets have never been so easy!

Micro Monty is a great tool within MS Easy tools as it saves so much time and takes literally a few seconds to complete. It can resolve many 365 admin issues and access many tenants across the organization.

Micromonty makes Powershell commands, what would would normally be daunting, simple in terms of having an interactive GUI and requiring the support engineer to have little to no PowerShell knowledge. WOW! Massive time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about MicroMonty is just the sheer amount of time saved. Gone are the days of getting a call for a password reset... Incognito tab, find the client, get the password, sign in, find the user... etcetera. Now it is super simple to open micromonty, select a client, select a service, password resets, mfa configuration, blocking/unblocking... creating accounts, it's all there two or three clicks away. No more password lists, or fiddling around with internet browsers.

What problem is the product solving for you?
It is a massive time saver, and makes tasks easier. We have a new starter within the business, and walking them through the labyrinth of office 365, or the monolithic task of learning all that powershell has to offer would take a very long time. However MSPEasyTools gets our new employee up to speed and closing tickets far faster.
